I purchased a Sony PSP for my husband off ebay and went with the 1 year Square Trade Warranty. It broke the first month we had it and Square Trade Warranty fixed it for us. Then 1 month before the warranty expired, it completely froze and stopped working. Square Trade Warranty refunded us our money, which I used to purchase another one! The warranty was over $50 less than through Best Buy, and they were easy to work with, had great customer service, and very reliable. I would recommend Square Trade Warranty to anyone, and we'll use them for any future purchases.

I bought a refurbished PSP for my grandson for Christmas. I bought a warranty for it from "Square Trade". After just a few days one of the buttons stopped working. We contacted Square Trade and they sent us a shipping label. Within a few days, they examined the PSP, agreed that it was malfunctioning and promptly refunded our entire purchase price. I bought the full warranty for my Xbox 360, which covered accidental drops and spills also. Water was spilled accidentally on my 360 and ruined it. Squaretrade sent me a prepaid return label and validated the claim and issued the refund. They are awesome, great customer service and great prices on their warranties. They are much better and cheaper than in-store warranties like Best Buy and Wal Mart. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
