We have 2 Labrador Retrievers that compete in the sport of Dock Diving. With the multi-frame feature of this Nikon S630, we are able to capture incredible & progressive mid air jumps with no blur. Although the quality of pixels drops when using this mode, it still provides a very good quality photograph. For the price, you simply can't beat it. This camera is easy to use, light weight and has some really great features. I love it!

Got this camera for Christmas and really enjoy it.
The major things that I appreciate about the camera to date are:
Simplicity of use - timed pictures, macro function, scene selection
Quality - had a 4M camera previously; 12M makes all the difference when you want
to zoom and crop
Size - lightweight and small enough for your shirt or pants pocket.
Where improvements could be made is in the uploading of pictures interface and charging. With what comes in the package from Nikon, you have to take out the battery to charge it. My former Fuji camera (F401) came with a nice docking station. That would be nice. A combination docking station for uploading pics along with charging station is a very nice convenient feature. The USB data cable plug is pretty difficult to get to and connect to as it has a cover over it which is not easy to move out of the way.
Overall, a very good camera...with good quality...but I'm only into it about 3 weeks now so. And, I'd be remiss if I didn't say, purchased at Amazon for $189 and delivered promptly as always. Very pleased with all of my Amazon purchases.
