The picture quality is great. Configuration and loading are pretty easy. I wish it would randomly display pictures as a configuration selection

I purchased this frame exclusively for the ability to view photos online using Picasa. I purchased the wifi dongle (sold separately) and the setup was straight forward enough connecting to my wifi network.
I have experience with a samsung frame that works much better than this functionality. I do not recommend this frame for two reasons if you are looking primarily for a wireless frame:
1) photos on picasa DO NOT UPDATE until you do a manual disconnect/reconnect to the picasa network or power cycle the frame. Connecting to picasa takes several minutes (why?) and is a pain to wait each time you want to see updated pictures from the net. I think it takes so long because it has to (re-)download the entire picasa album each time it connects (stupid!)
2) I cannot figure out how to make the scheduled power on/off. I believe that it doesn't really work.
The samsung wireless frame I bought for the other grandparents, while very buggy, does RSS photo feeds near flawlessly. I guess you get what you pay for.
I have talked negatively about the frame because I primarily wanted a wifi photo frame. I think the frame works very well for basic photo (and video!) viewing from a memory card.

I get this do to the wifi it claims to have on the box but after oping it it don,s have wifi and is a tech supert is slow and you need a wifi dongle a exert 25.00 it worth the price and i call tech supert no help at all he told me to go a way i ask if he can send me the dongle he sad and and me a price of 45.oo it only 25.oo on their web site he was jerk and will naiver but any thing form PEN ever the farm in a box on back to ware ever it came form DON,T BUY THIS EVER...!!!!!!

Out of several that we researched, and after trying several different brands, this one is one of the easiest to use and has great picture quality. Even though it is a little more pricey, the quality is worth it. So many of the others had poor color quality, or they were extremely cumbersome and difficult to transfer images to. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good, quality product for viewing your pictures.
